Buying a house in Turkey is easy when you work directly with the builder. Here is how we help you from start to finish:

Step 1: Choose Your Property

Browse our Fethiye houses for sale online or visit our office. We will show you our ready-to-move-in homes and our new 2026 off-plan projects. We find the perfect match for your budget and lifestyle.

Step 2: Free Site Visit & Inspection

We invite you to see our construction quality in person. We will walk you through our sites in Seydikemer, Uzumlu, or Ovacik. You can see the materials we use and meet our building team.

Step 3: Secure Your Home

Once you find your house, we sign a simple reservation agreement. You pay a small deposit to take the property off the market. This freezes the price so you are protected from any price increases.

Step 4: Flexible Payment & Legal Work

We prepare your official contract. If you choose an off-plan villa, you can start your 12-month interest-free payment plan. Our legal team helps you get your tax number and opens your Turkish bank account.

Step 5: Get Your Keys (TAPU)

When the final payment is made, we go to the Land Registry Office together. You receive your Title Deed (TAPU) and the keys to your new home. If you bought for investment, your 10% rental guarantee starts now!
